Shop Policies

Every piece is made to order and is ready within 5 business days of purchase.

Local pickup is free. We will email you when your order is ready, with the pickup location and time.

We ship to addresses in the United States by USPS. Shipping for the whole order is $8 for one piece, $1 for each extra piece, never more than $14. Your cart shows the exact amount before you check out.

Each piece is made to order, so all sales are final and we do not accept returns.

If we misspelled something or missed part of the engraving, contact us and we will make it right at no cost to you.

If your item arrives broken, contact us within 24 hours of receiving it and we will replace it. A photo of the damage helps us get your replacement started quickly.
